Technical Project Manager – Pharmaceuticals – London
The Life Sciences Recruitment Company is currently working with an international Pharmaceutical company in their search for a Senior Project Manager who can support their rapidly developing technical team. The role of Project Manager will be to support the production, manufacture and distribution of their products across the European region. This will involve working from head office, coordinating the manufacturing sites and providing expert knowledge in regulatory affairs and formulation. This role will be based in their state of the art modern offices in the heart of London.

Their business model has been proven to be extremely successful enabling them to look at expanding their global presence. They have 150 staff and a turnover of over £300 million, demonstrating a well-structured, well-supported and profitable company without the feel of a faceless organisation.
They have a number of products that will be hitting the global market over the next 12 months and are in need of an experienced Project Manager who will play an integral part in this delivery. Their mission is to deliver solutions in legacy pharmaceuticals and with products that meet market needs that are sometimes unmet by the mainstream pharmaceutical sector.
They are a modern organisation with leading technology covering teleconferencing and project management systems, allowing them to operate with clients, suppliers and distributors in all global locations from any location and on the move.

The role of Project Manager will be to support the production, manufacture and distribution of their products across the European region. This will involve working from head office, coordinating the manufacturing sites and providing expert knowledge in regulatory affairs and formulation.
You will work with the senior management team, acting as the link between the different departments within the organisation.
The role will include a lot of regulatory affairs, covering approval of regulatory dossiers (in particular modules 2 & 3) and the submission process to various bodies. The products are largely concerned with solid dose and so the role will incorporate aspects of solid dose formulation and the manufacturing process for tablets in a GMP environment.
This is an extremely unique role, covering aspects of regulatory affairs, formulation and manufacturing and so we encourage individuals with experience in these areas to apply.
Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience of working in the pharmaceutical sector. Regulatory affairs experience (with module 2 and module 3 experience) with a strong understanding of CMC would be a huge advantage. Experience of working in formulation, ideally with solid dose formulation experience would also be desirable. The role will be project managing across GMP/GDP sites and so knowledge in these areas would be an advantage.
